Section 71
Protection of service conditions
No change shall be made to the conditions of service relating to salary, gratuity, pension and other benefits immediately applicable to any employee at the time of his appointment without his approval. If the subsequent amendment has any adverse effect on the above-mentioned conditions of service of any employee existing before such amendment, such provision shall not be applicable to him without the written consent of the employee who has agreed to do so in accordance with such amended provisions.
